Independent Player Review & Controlled Introductions

Pathway Control provides independent, video-based reviews of a limited number of UK-based players.

We operate as a filtering and assessment layer, supporting licensed agents and professional clubs by reducing inbound noise and progressing only suitable profiles where a confirmed trial or evaluation pathway exists.

We are not a representation service and not a scouting marketplace.

Process Overview

Player Review
Submissions consist of full matches, extended sequences, or structured training footage only.
Edited highlights or promotional reels are not accepted.
Most submissions are not progressed.

Assessment
Footage is reviewed conservatively for decision-making, positioning, consistency, game intelligence, and physical/technical suitability.

Introductions
Profiles are shared only where:

  • an agent or club has confirmed interest in a trial or evaluation, and

  • defined positional, age, and performance criteria are met

Players are never circulated speculatively or in bulk.

Club Requests & Shortlisting

On a request-led basis, Pathway Control provides shortlisted profiles aligned to specific recruitment briefs, including positional needs, age parameters, and playing context.

Shortlists are assembled exclusively from previously reviewed profiles.
No open databases are maintained.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not represent players

  • We do not charge players

  • We do not sell access

  • We do not forward highlight compilations

  • We do not promote players without a defined pathway

If no appropriate pathway exists, no introduction is made.
